Welcome

Aspire Pain Reprocessing Therapy specialises in private neural pathway retraining for people who are in long-standing chronic pain, anxiety, depression or other unexplained chronic symptoms. I have 12 years personal experience of chronic pain, central sensitisation and many other medically-unexplained symptoms (read my story). I know what you're going though. Welcome to my site. I use certified and scientifically-proven methods help clients break down the old neural circuits that keep them in pain and suffering, and to help them build new pain-free ones. My client's journey is as unique as my own and I tailor my approach to help you find the personalised solution you really need. I offer Pain Reprocessing Therapy in the UK and worldwide online.

I suffered from extensive and at times severe chronic pain for 12 long years. Over the course of a decade I acquired the skills and knowledge to make a full recovery and I now teach the methods I used so that other chronic pain sufferers can created practice their own recovery plan, without having to do the lengthy research and time consuming exploration process that I went through. Read my story on my About page.

I combine TEAM CBT techniques (I'm Level 1 TEAM CBT qualified) with Pain Reprocessing UK Therapy (Certified Practitioner) to help clients achieve lasting remission. Both approaches are evidence-based and tailored to each client's needs. Everyone deserves to live a life of freedom from pain and other chronic symptoms, and I'm here to you help make that your reality.

"I really enjoyed the session. I left feeling lighter!" - Chronic Pain Client, London

“I really think the work we did together last year, in how I relate to my body and my pain was key in my body trusting me with the information that I’d hidden from myself for so many years.” - Harriet, London.
